Prices

 There are very significant costs associated with running Weycroft Hall, and we intend for the place to pay for itself. However there are charitable aspects to the work here: it has been a place of Christian retreat for centuries and we do want to make Weycroft available to the community. If you would like to book, please speak to us! 

Full fees payable before events please. Booking deposits are returned after the event has been cleared away.

Prices depend on numbers and timings: talk to us about your requirements. 
The typical price  £2750 for set-up on Fri, all day Sat and set down on Sun morning.
10m x 5m white marquee hire: £600
Large Marquee pitch is £200.

Great Hall
Specific prices dependant on numbers, noise, and timings.  
Fri or Sat eve party typically £600
Lunch party typically £300
Mon -Thurs £60 per hour, min 3 hours
The Games Room Prep area and kitchen may be able to be used as well and electricity will be charged when there has been significant use.
